John B. Woods, age 31, was born in Iowa, his father in Ohio, and his mother in Illinois. They have been married 11 years. His wife is Eliza J, age 33. Children at home were Jennie 7, Ella 4, and Bessie 3.

Of particular interest in the household is Dulana J. Parker, mother-in-law. She is age 58, has had 7 children, of whom 4 are still living. She was born in Indiana, with both parents born in Virginia. (See notes with Eliza’s parents.)
