Henry Bledsoe was the son of John W. Bledsoe and his first wife, and was born in Decatur Co., Iowa, but first relocated to Cheyenne, WY and is shown there on the 1910 census, which indicated he worked for the railroad.  His father, John W. Bledsoe and 2nd wife relocated from Des Moines, IA to Burns, WY in approximately 1908, where he homesteaded and raised cattle.  He sold real estate in Dectur Co., IA and was a stockman there as well.  John W. Bledsoe later relocated to Ft. Collins, CO and had a heart attack while downtown in abt 1923 and is buried there in the cemetery.
