The History of the Rucker Family (Whitley, p129) indicates that she married Thomas Dalton. Timothy Dalton, son of Reuben Dalton and Nancy Elizabeth Shockley, was born in 1810 in Tennessee. Timothy died in Grainger Co., TN in 1863.

Delphia Coffey and Jacob Hipshire were married on 23 March 1863 in Grainger Co., TN.²⁵⁷⁵ Jacob Hipshire, son of Henry Hipshire and Delphia Delamar (?), was born circa 1797 in North Carolina. Jacob died in Grainger Co., TN in February 1875 and was buried at Old Hipsher Cemetery in Thorn Hill, Grainger Co., TN in February 1875 .^2576,2577
