Hiram enlisted in the Co., I, 59th TN Inf. Regt on 15 October 1862 at Noes Ferry, TN.⁹¹³⁰ He appeared in the census on 15 June 1900 in Hancock Co., TN.⁹¹³¹ Hiram died in Hancock Co., TN on 14 June 1916 of unknown causes and was buried at Wolfenbarger Cemetery in Hancock Co., TN on 15 June 1916 .^{9132,9133,9134}

Myra Coffey and James Lafayette Mallicoat were married on 13 June 1860 in Grainger Co., TN.⁹¹⁶⁰ James Lafayette Mallicoat, son of Joel Mallicoat and Martha Allen, was born on 10 December 1841 in Tennessee. James died in Grainger Co., TN on 25 January 1865 and his burial site is unknown to me.⁹¹⁶¹
