She was the daughter of the late Cap Coffey and Lettie McBride Coffey and was also preceded in death by her husband Elmer Davis: 2 special sisters: Ada Lewis and Emily Coffey: and 4 brothers: Walter Othel,John, Ome and William Jennings Coffey:and one grandson, David Boutwell. Mrs Davis is survived by one daughter, Agnes Lucille Boutwell of Oneida, one son, Eugene Davis of Harrison, Ohio, three granddaughters, including one special granddaughter, Kathy Lynn Massengale of Oneida: three grandsons, fourteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were conducted from the chapel of West Murley Funeral Home at 10 A.M. on Saturday March 17 with Rev Guy Ainsworth officiating. Irene and Thea Chitwood sang. Burial was in the Hazel Valley Cemetery.
