She was a 1946 graduate of Waurika High School, had a bachelor's degree from Central State Teacher's College and a master's degree from the University of Oklahoma. She and her Eugene were school teachers. They lived in Waurika from 1953 until their deaths. She taught at Tryon, Sugden, Waurika, Hastings, and Temple, OK and Wichita Falls, TX. Eugene Henry Miller Jr., son of Eugene Henry Miller and Agnes Etta Miller, was born on 27 June 1925 in Lincoln, Lancaster Co., NE. Eugene died of a a heart attack following surgery on 26 July 1990 at the age of 65 in Wichita Falls, Wichita Co., TX and was buried at Waurika Cemetery in Waurika, Jefferson Co., OK.^47001,47002
