Nathaniel "Nathan" Coffey and Sarah "Sally" Meredith^518,519 were married on 11 November 1806 in Adair Co., KY.^{520,521,522,523} Nathaniel and Sarah^{^{520,521,522,523}} settled in Griggsville, Pike Co., IL at "Coffey Hill" in 1829.⁵¹³ Sarah "Sally" Meredith, daughter of Daniel Meredith and Hannah Cooke, was born on 26 October 1789 in North Carolina.⁵²⁴ She appeared in the census in 1840 in Pike Co., IL.⁵²⁵ She appeared in the census on 3 October 1850 in Griggsville, Pike Co., IL.⁵²⁶ Sarah died in Griggsville, Pike Co., IL on 26 December 1853 and was buried at Griggsville Cemetery in Griggsville, Pike Co., IL in December 1853 .⁵²⁷
