She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Grover Conley Coffey, two sons Larry Coffey and Randy Coffey, five brothers Logan Matthews, James Matthews, Marcus Matthews, Jr., Howard Matthews, and Larry Matthews, and three sisters Magaline Kidd, Evelyn Lee, and Nettie Phillips. Survivors include two sons Sandy Coffey and Mark Coffey both of Stearns, Kentucky, seven daughters Helen Penick, Lois Sierra, Bonnie Shelton, and Elizabeth Gregory all of Stearns, Kentucky, Ellen Snyder, Mary Woodcock, and Lorraine Moss all of Louisville, Kentucky, and one brother Leonard Matthews of Pine Knot, Kentucky. 28 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild also survive.
