She was the wife of the late George T. McGann. She is survived by one daughter, Patricia Temple of Esmount, Va.; two sons, George S. McGann and his wife Nancy of Lynchburg and Brian T. McGann and his wife Katherine of Manasas; two sisters, Margaret Ramsey of Charlottesville and Betty C. Winter of Santa Rosa, Calif.; one brother, Glenn Coffey of Chico, Calif.; a special niece, Dr. Constance Pierce of St. Augustine, Fla. and a special nephew, Donald Layvonne Burford of Lynchburg; eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She will also leave many friends she loved and cherished. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Lois and Frenchie Burford; four brothers, Marshall Coffey, Roy Coffey; Rufus Coffey and Elmo Coffey and one granddaughter, Brianne Dylan McGann. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday from Madison Heights Christian Church with the Rev. Paul Land and the Rev. D. Jack Hamilton officiating.
