Jane Coffey and Meredith Allen were married on 21 April 1834 in Amherst Co., VA.^4667,4668 They^{^4667,4668} appeared in the census on 18 July 1850 in Tazewell Co., VA.⁴⁶⁶⁹ They^⁴⁶⁶⁹ appeared in the census on 2 June 1860 in Wayne Co., VA.⁴⁶⁷⁰ Meredith Allen was born circa 1795 in Virginia. Meredith died of diarrhea on 14 October 1877 at the age of 82 in Wayne Co., WV.⁴⁶⁷¹
