Francis "Frank" Taylor was born Sep 29, 1875 in Greenview, Illinois the son of James Bracken and Mary Smith Gibbs Taylor.

He married Caroline W. Coffey Apr 10, 1901 and later married Edna Douglas Ballard in 1911.

Frank is survived by five sons: Donald, James, Harold, Archie, and Ernest; and three daughters: Mildred Spear of Greenview, Pearl Lamb of Peoria, and Velma Moats of Greenview.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and both wives.
