She lived with her parents in Whitley Co., KY on 16 April 1910. Rosa died at asylum in Lexington, Fayette Co., KY on 28 January 1933 pulmonary tuberculosis Flat Rock Cemetery in Flat Rock, McCreary Co., KY on 29 January 1933 .²⁶⁶⁹⁹
