Willard Jackson "Jack" Coffey was born on 8 April 1898 in Vienna, Maries Co., MO.⁵¹²⁶ He registered for the WWI draft on 12 September 1918¹⁷⁶²⁹ Willard was inducted into military service on 11 October 1918 at Springfield, Greene Co., MO. He was then a resident of Dixon, Pulaski Co., MO. He remained a student Army trainee at the state Normal College at Springfield until discharge.¹⁷⁶³⁰ Willard died in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., AR on 29 May 1957 and was buried at Dixon Cemetery in Dixon, Pulaski Co., MO in June 1957 .¹⁷⁶³¹

Willard Jackson "Jack" Coffey and Georgia M. Murphy were married circa 1920 in Lincoln Co., MO. Murphy was born on 18 August 1897 in Dixon, Pulaski Co., MO. Georgia died in Missouri on 13 February 1964 and was buried at Dixon Cemetery in Dixon, Pulaski Co., MO in February 1964 .¹⁷⁶³⁵
