Velma Maude Hill Coffey was born on Nov. 10, 1915, in Moulton to Samuel Columbus Hill and Sarah Catherine Wilsom [sic] [Wilson?] Hill. She passed away on Friday February 24, 2006, at Sunbridge of Gardendale. She was a home maker. She was a lifetime member of the Wheeler Grove Baptist Church. Her Husband Roy Vernon Coffey and infant daughter, Wilma Jean Coffey preceded her in death.

Survivors include one daughter, Sheery C. Reeder of Vincent: one brother, Delmer Hill of Johnstown, Pa; one grandchild, Dab Boston of Columbia, Tenn.; and five great grandsons.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Hill, Thomas Hill, Roger Hill,Dwight Hill, Selma Hill Jr., Darrell Coffey and Valerine Coffey.
