Laurel Land Funeral Home in Burleson is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Coffey was born in Fort Worth and lived in Burleson for 36 years. He was the former owner of the 1898 House Restaurant in Burleson. Mr. Coffey was on the 1986 Sesquicentennial Wagon Train and was a member of Burleson Lodge 649, He served in the Air Force from 1950 to 1054. Survivors: Wife, Alice Coffey of Burleson; two sons, Billy Carl Coffey Jr. and Alan Dale Coffey,both of Cleburne; daughter, Threcia Pentecost of Joshua; Brother Durwood Coffey of Burleson; and three grandchildren.
