Nancy died in Camden Co., MO on 6 April 1946 and was buried at Hillhouse Cemetery in Stoutland, Camden Co., MO in April 1946 .⁵⁸⁵⁵

He was an inmate at State Hospital No. 2 in Washington Twp., Vernon Co., MO on 27 April 1910. Columbus died of chronic interstitial nephritis on 19 March 1918 at the age of 39 at State Hospital No. 3 in Nevada, Washington Twp., Vernon Co., MO and was buried at State Hospital Cemetery No. 3 in Nevada, Washington Twp., Vernon Co., MO on 25 March 1918.^5856,5857
