James Hawkins officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 until 8 at the funeral home. Mrs. Coffey died Thursday, Oct. 18, 2001, at Parkway Medical Center. She was born Nov. 11, 1921, in Lawrence County to Johnny Martin and Rowena Frost Martin. She was an Eastern Star and member of Trinity Baptist Church. She formerly owned a snack bar at Moulton Stockyard. Survivors include two brothers, J.W. Martin Jr., of Town Creek and L.F. "Buddy" Martin of Hartselle; and two sisters, Elsie Collier of Courtland and Polly Gay of Decatur. Pallbearers will be Dwight Blaxton, Tommy McCaig, Tony Cox, Willard Coffey, M.A. Coffey and Jeremy Lancaster. |
