Burial followed in the Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton. Mrs. Coffey died 5:30 p.m. Thursday, June 26, 1986 in her Redondo Beach, Ca. residence following a brief illness. She was born Feb. 27, 1896 in Emma, Texas and married Romey Coffey May 26, 1915 in Crosby County. He preceded her in death Jan. 5, 1971. She was a former Dressmaking Shop owner and sold Avon until she was 76 years of age. She was a member of the Baptist Church and taught Sunday school. She moved to Redondo Beach, Ca. in 1972 from Crosbyton.
