4373. Beatrice Anna "Anna" Coffey⁵¹⁴³ was born on 24 February 1860 in Nelson Co., VA. Anna died on 12 May 1940 at the age of 80 in Lima, Allen Co., OH and was buried at East Cairo Cemetery in Cairo, Allen Co., OH.¹⁴¹²⁰

Lima, Ohio newspaper: Mrs. Beatrice Ann Neely, 80, a resident of Lima for thirteen years, died at 3:30 PM, Sunday at the residence of her niece, Mrs. Mabel Morris, at 1117 East Market Street, after an illness of one week. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. The body will remain at the Davis-Miller and Son Funeral Home where services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday. Rev. E. J. Penhorwood, of Southside Church of Christ, will officiate, and burial will be in Cairo. [Source: Shirley Houk]

Shirley also wrote that Beatrice does not have a headstone but, cemetery records indicate she is buried next to nephew Asa and near brother Joshua.

Beatrice Ann Coffey was born 24 February 1860 in Nelson County, VA. She was the daughter of Jesse C. Coffey and Nancy F. Allen. She married Thomas Given Mays on 25 September 1877 in Nelson County. Thomas was born approximately 1851 in Amherst County, Virginia and was the son of B. W. and Josephine Mays. At the time of this marriage, Thomas was a widower. It is presumed Thomas died soon after marriage. Beatrice moved to Pike County, Ohio sometime after 1880 and lived with her parents and siblings.

She married David A. Robinson on 12 September 1899 in Pike County, Ohio. David was also a widower at the time of their marriage and Beatrice helped raise his children. Beatrice and David then moved to Tipp City, Ohio, whereupon Beatrice's mother, Nancy F. (Allen) Coffey joined them and lived with them until her death in 1915. David died in 1927 and Beatrice then moved to Lima, Ohio by 1930 to be near some of her brothers.

She married William Neely shortly after she move to Lima. She lived the balance of her life in Lima and died on 12 May 1940. She is buried at Maple Grove Cemetery, Allen County, Ohio.

Beatrice Anna "Anna" Coffey and David Robinson were married on 12 September 1889 in Waverly, Pike Co., OH. David died in Tipp City, Miami Co., OH on 13 June 1927 and was buried at Maple Hill Cemetery in Tipp City, Miami Co., OH in June 1927 .^14126,14127
