He is survived by his wife, Nancy Smith Coffey, Louisville; two sons, Clifton Bardie and Bryan Coffey, both of Louisville; four sisters, Opal Reliford and her husband, J.C. of Sellersburg, IN: Dorothy Booker and her husband Lloyd of Greensburg, KY, Zane Spires and her husband Junior and Violet Keltner and her husband Wayne, all of Columbia, KY; and one grandaughter and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Junior and Benny Coffey. He was a retired truck driver for Usher Transport, a 32nd degree Mason, a member of the Scottish Rite, and a Shriner. Graveside service was Sunday, May 11, 2003, at 1:00 p.m., CST, at Haven Hill Cemetery with Bro. Rodney Keltner officiating. Visitation was at Owen Funeral Home on Dixie Highway in Louisville.
