She worked as a hospital housekeeper in Albany for many years, retiring in 1986. She is survived by her son, John Thomas Greenwood Sr., and his wife, Marilyn Greenwood; also survived by her grandson, John Thomas Greenwood, Jr.; and nephew, Mike Coffey. Her husband, Hollis Selmer, passed away in 1984. A funeral will be held at 12 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013 at the Tri-City Baptist Temple, 18025 Webster Rd., Gladstone, OR. A committal service will follow at Willamette National Cemetery. Memorial contributions would be appreciated to the church in her memory.
