1345. Joseph Cabell Campbell was born circa 1831 in Virginia. He lived with the James Bridge family in Augusta Co., VA on 26 September 1850. He lived with his mother in Massies Mill, Nelson Co, VA on 3 July 1860. Between 1861 and 1865 Joseph served in Rives' Co., Nelson Light Artillery Battery during the Civil War.⁴⁹⁰⁵ Joseph died circa 1894.

Joseph Cabell Campbell and Violetta "Lettie" Bridge were married circa 1850 in Virginia. Violetta "Lettie" Bridge, daughter of James S. Bridge and Nancy Lee, was born circa 1833 in Augusta Co., VA. Violetta resided with her parents in Augusta Co., VA on 26 September 1850.
