Glen died in Arizona on 29 May 1968 and was buried at Sedona Memorial Park in Sedona, Coconino Co., AZ in May 1968 .39731 Obituary Last Rites Held For Dr. Coffee Dr. Glenn Field Coffee, 58, died in Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Cottonwood, early Wednesday morning, May 29, after an extended illness. Dr. Coffee, an osteopathic physician and surgeon, was born at Old San Carlos, Ariz., where his father was Indian Agent at the time. He was a graduate of Phoenix Union High School and of the University of Arizona. He received his D. O. degree from the Kirksvile, Mo., Medical School, interned at the Los Angeles County Medical School, and practiced in Sacramento 28 years. He moved to Sedona in 1960 upon his retirement. Dr. Coffee was a member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity. He belonged to the Episcopal Church and was a 32nd Degree Mason and a Shriner. Services were at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Sedona Home for Funerals, with the Rec. Robert Juergens and the Red Rock Memorial (Masonic) Lodge officiating. Burial was in Sedona Memorial Park. Survivors are his wife, Virginia; his mother, Mrs. Kathryn Y. Coffee, Phoenix; his father, Glenn Lee Coffee, Amarillo, Tex.; a son, Russell Glenn Coffee of Pueblo, Colo.; a daughter, Virginia Lee Coffee, Phoenix, and two sisers, Mrs. E. J. (Katherine) Burns, Phoenix; and Mrs. Georgialee McGaffey, Sedona. Dr. Glen Field Coffee and Lulu Virginia Russell were married. Lulu Virginia Russell was born on 23 March 1908 in Florida. Lulu died in Sedona, Coconino Co., AZ on 5 June 2002 and was buried at Sedona Community Cemetery in Sedona, Coconino Co., AZ in June 2002 .39732 Dr. Glen Field Coffee and Lulu Virginia Russell had the following children:
