Audrey Gonzales Stovall, age 92, passed away October 11, 2012 in Beaumont. She was born June 22, 1920 in Cheek, Texas to Finley and Ruth Coffey. She was a homemaker and a member of Central Baptist Church in Kirbyville, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Finley and Ruth Coffey, her first husband, Vernon Gonzales. In 1992 she renewed acquaintances with an old family friend F. L. Stovall, and they were married, until he passed away on September 24, 2012. She is also preceded in death by three sisters, Dorothy Yoakum, Ruth Badineaux, and Betty Shipp.

She is survived by two daughters, Linda Loving and husband James, and Barbara Spoonemore and husband Barry; three sons, Ches Gonzales and wife Elizabeth, Wayne Gonzales and wife Evelyn, and Michael Gonzales. Stepchildren, Dr. Felix Russell Stovall and wife Jeri, Dr. Hugh Stovall and wife Sharon, Dianna Caston and husband Byron, and Thomas Charles Stovall and wife Vicky; two sisters, Nan Mull, and Mary Pickett; sister-in-law Peggy Gonzales, nine grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren, fifteen step granchildren, and twenty-six step great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are; Jody Spoonemore, Justin Gonzales, Matthew Gonzales, Patrick Gonzales, and Zachary Blanchette.

A gathering of family and friends will begin on Monday, October 15, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

Audrey Elsie Coffey and Felix Leslie Stovall Jr. were married on 6 June 1992 in Jefferson Co., TX.⁴²⁰⁷⁰ Felix Leslie Stovall Jr. was born on 5 August 1918 in Sabine Pass, Jefferson Co., TX. Felix died at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont, Jefferson Co., TX on 24 September 2012 and was buried at Trout Creek Cemetery in Trout Creek, Newton Co., TX on 28 September 2012 .⁴²⁰⁷¹

Felix Leslie Stovall, 94, of Kirbyville died Monday, Sept. 24, 2012 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont. 

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, Sept. 28, at Central Baptist Church in Kirbyville with burial at Trout Creek Cemetery under the direction of Adams E. E. Stringer Funeral Home in Kirbyville. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. 

A native of Sabine Pass and a graduate of Sabine Pass High School, he had lived most of his life in Kirbyville. He was a retired Marine Engineer for Texaco. 

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Hattie Holmes Stovall and a son, John Milton Stovall. 

He is survived by wife, Audrey Gonzales Stovall of Kirbyville; daughter, Dianna Caston and husband Dr. C.B. Caston of Kirbyville; sons, Dr. Francis Hugh Stovall and wife Sharon of Beaumont; Dr. Felix Russell Stovall and wife Jeri of Beaumont; and Thomas Charles Stovall and wife Vicky of Kingwood; step children, Ches and Elizabeth Gonzales of Lumberton; Mike Gonzales of Beaumont; Linda and James Loving of Chester; Wayne and Evelyn Gonzales of Beaumont and Barry and Barbara Spoonemore of Beaumont; 15 grandchildren; 9 step grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and 11 step great grandchildren.

Audrey Elsie Coffey and Vernon Ray Gonzales were married. Vernon Ray Gonzales was born on 2 December 1920 in Beaumont, Jefferson Co., TX. Vernon died in Beaumont, Jefferson Co., TX on 20 March 1974 and was buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont, Jefferson Co., TX in March 1974 .⁴²⁰⁷²
