Clara Ola Mae Freeman, daughter of Edgar Andrew Freeman and Callie Crump, was born on 12 November 1937 in Caldwell Co., NC.⁴³⁸⁹⁶ Clara died in Hickory, Catawba Co., NC on 16 October 2012 and was buried at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens Mausolem in Lenoir, Caldwell Co., NC on 19 October 2012 .⁴³⁸⁹⁷

Clara Mae Freeman Coffey, age 74, of Connelly Springs Road , Granite Falls , died Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at Frye Regional Medical Center . She was born November 12, 1937 in Caldwell County to the late Ed and Callie Crump Freeman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers; and two sisters.

Mrs. Coffey was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Floyd C. Coffey of the home; one son, Rick Hilton and wife Vickie of Taylorsville; one daughter, Kathy C. Rhymer and husband Joey of Nebo; and three grandchildren, Kylie, Codey, Casey Hilton.

Funeral services will be Friday, October 19, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Greer-McElveen Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Russell Cook. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens of Lenoir.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
