MOULTON -- Funeral for William Kenard Coffey, 65, of Route 2 Moulton will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Moulton First United Methodist Church with Sam Hardy officiating.

Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens with Elliott Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Coffey died Tuesday at Decatur General Hospital. He was a retired painter.

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn W. Coffey; three sons, Kenard Wayne Coffey of Moulton, Dwight D. Coffey of Huntsville and Jerry C. Coffey of Decatur; a daughter, Karen Sue Coffey of Danville; his mother, Blanche Coffey of Moulton; a brother, Irwin Coffey of Moulton; a sister, Lucie Hill of Moulton; and seven grandchildren.

Pallbearers will include Paul Montgomery, Clifton Montgomery, Neal Montgomery, Theo DeGraffenried, Cecil Moats and Bill Henderson.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 tonight at the funeral home.
