In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Ryland Argenbright; a son, Stephen Dyer; a sister, Beatrice Gearhart; four brothers, Ralph Dyer, Jack Dyer, Alvin Dyer and Robert Dyer; and a wonderful mother-in-law, Mayberry Coleman. Surviving are her daughters and their spouses, Cindy Lipscomb and the late James T. Lipscomb, and Ellen and David Austin; her son, Ron Argenbright and his special friend, Marty Martin, all of Buena Vista; grandchildren, Crystal Floyd, Chad Austin and Michael Austin; and great-grandchildren, April Richardson and Cadence Floyd. Memaw had lots of special nieces, nephews and their families. Also surviving are her sisters-in-law and their spouses, Doris Sullivan and husband, Bill, Jeanette Bryant and friend, Columbus, Sandra Pemberton, Sharon Coleman and the late Larry D. He was born February 27, 1931, in Buena Vista, the son of the late Thomas Earl; Argenbright and Ruth Mayberry Coleman. He was also preceded in death by his stepfather, Frank C. Coleman. He attended The Calvary Brethren Church and was employed with Burlington Industries with 22 years service. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Dyer Argenbright of the home; one son, Ron Argenbright of Collierstown; two daughters and sons-in-law, James and Cindy Lipscomb, David and Ellen Austin both of Buena Vista; one brother, Larry Coleman, Buena Vista; three sisters, Doris Sullivan, Schaumburg, IL., Jeanette Bryant, Covington, Sandra Pemberton, Buena Vista; two grandchildren, Crystal Mays and Chad Austin; one great-granddaughter, April Richardson all of Buena Vista; many special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends and one special nurse "Taug". Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 10, 1994, at Calvary Brethren Church with Pastor Kenneth Teague and the Rev. Jesse Truax officiating. Burial will follow in Rockbridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Lomax Funeral Home. Margaret M.
