Webster H. Hill and Josephine "Jo" Stephenson were married on 19 November 1932. Josephine "Jo" Stephenson, daughter of John Edmon Stephenson and Sadie Elner King, was born on 10 March 1915 in Montague, Montague Co., TX. Josephine died in Carnegie, Caddo Co., OK on 26 February 2003 and was buried at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Duncan, Stephens Co., OK in March 2003 .³⁹⁴⁶⁴

Josephine "Jo" Hill was the daughter of John Edmond Stephenson and Sadie Ellner King Stephenson. 

She married Webster H. Hill on November 19, 1932. They were married 56 years.

Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law: Anna Lee Horn of Carnegie, Oklahoma, and Madonnah Jo Ridley and husband Charles of Houston, Texas; four grandchildren and their spouses: Robin Boice and husband Kelly of Duncan, Oklahoma, Russell Ridley and wife Kathy, and Bren Ridley and wife Sara, all of Houston, Texas, and Shon Horn and wife Cindy of Carnegie, Oklahoma; nine great-grandchildren: Kelsey, Kaylee, Preston, Sierra, Rachel, Richard, Danielle, Payton and Renee; three sisters and two brothers-in-law: Ruby Montgomery of Roswell, New Mexico, Chlovesta McLain and husband Bill of Yukon, Oklahoma, and June Blevins and husband Walter of Okeene, Oklahoma; and a brother-in-law, Wade Salmon.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 1989; a grandson, Robert Webster Horn; two sisters, Mozelle Salmon and Allie Salmon; a brother, J. R. Stephenson; and two brothers-in-law, Bill Howe and Carl Montgomery.

Graveside services were Saturday, March 1, 2003, with Leonard Keele officating. Burial was under the direction of Pitcher-Hackney Funeral Home of Carnegie, Oklahoma.
