Rufus Timp Coffey and Flora Blaine Lay were married on 5 August 1938.⁴⁵⁸⁸⁵ They⁴⁵⁸⁸⁵ appeared in the census on 1 May 1940 at Hominy Twp. in Osage Co., OK.⁴⁵⁸⁸⁶ Flora Blaine Lay, daughter of David Walter Lay and Flora Alice Keeling, was born on 7 September 1911 in Tomahawk, Searcy Co., AR. Flora resided as Blaine Lay, with her parents in Searcy Co., AR on 15 January 1920. Flora resided with her parents and seven siblings in Osage Co., OK on 23 April 1930. Flora died in Blackwell, Kay Co., OK on 3 March 1992 and was buried at Blackwell, Kay Co., OK in March 1992.⁴⁵⁸⁸⁷
