The Salathiel Coffey book names her Gabriella Coffey. However, in the opening pages of the book the author indicates that sometimes when the maiden name is unknown, the Coffey name is used. At this point I am unsure if her maiden name was actually Coffey.

Coffey and Sarah Elisabeth Lucas, was born on 6 January 1867 in McKinney, Collin Co., TX. Dr. Coffey died of chronic myocarditis and was buried at on 7 April 1954 at the age of 87 at Wichita Falls State Hospital in Wichita Co., TX. His burial place was not recorded.
