Nancy died at Brockford Inn Assisted Living in Granite Falls, Caldwell Co., NC on 25 February 2020 and was buried at Kings Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Kings Creek, Caldwell Co., NC on 29 February 2020 .⁴⁴²⁹⁸

Nancy Virginia Hartley Coffey, age 73, of Lenoir passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at Brockford Inn. She was born February 13, 1947 in Caldwell County to the late Fred and Gail Holloway Hartley.

Mrs. Coffey loved her Lord and was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed sewing, decorating, gardening, and perfecting her present wrapping skills. She will be remembered for her love of family and her amazing cooking.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 57 years Larry W. Coffey of the home; one son, David W. Coffey and wife Deborah of Granite Falls; two daughters, Michelle Clark and husband Terry of Lenoir, and Angela May of Newton; two brothers, Willard Hartley and wife Carol, and Larry Hartley and wife Gaitha, all of Lenoir; four sisters, Catherine Lovins, Judy Hartley, Joyce Miller, and Lisa Prestwood, all of Lenoir; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Kings Creek Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. Randy Goode.
