orothy Bunch, 90, Russell Springs, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2009 at Russell County Hospital.

She was born May 2, 1919 in Jamestown to the late Elisha Appleby and the late Pearl (Wright) Appleby.

She was the widow of the late Theodore Bunch and a homemaker.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one son Glen Bunch; one brother Kenneth Appleby; and two sisters Kathleen and Dory Bunch.

She is survived by two sons Arvis Bunch, Jamestown, and Lyle Bunch, Russell Springs; three daughters Rena Buchanan, Indianapolis, IN, Mary J. Young, Jamestown, and Joyce Adington, Russell Springs; one brother Woodrow Appleby, Connersville, IN; two sisters Mary Lou Steel, Connersville, IN, and Opal Samm, Celina, OH; 17 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and eight great, great grandchildren.

Services were held Saturday, October 10, 2009, 1:00 p.m. at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel with Bro. David Withers and Bro. Roger Garner officiating.

Burial was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Mike Bunch, Billy Bunch, Josh Bunch, George Buchanan, Jr., Michael Robertson, and Robert Young.
H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel was in charge of arrangments.
