Dalton, Rosa D., age 85 of Bean Station, TN, was born September 23, 1906, passed away March 20, 1992 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Willie Dalton; parents, William and Margaret Dalton; daughter Audrey Inez Dalton; brothers, Hubert Dalton and Henry Dalton. She professed faith in Christ at an early age and was a lifelong member of Cedar Springs Baptist Church. She is survived by a son, Oliver Dalton; grandsons, Tony and Willie Dalton; great grandson, Tyler Dalton of Bean Station; brothers, George Dalton of Mooresburg, TN, Millard Dalton of Bean Station TN, sisters, Ida Dalton, Ellen Dalton, Bessie Carter all of Thorn Hill, TN; several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held at Lakeshore Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Grant Vaughn, Rev. Hubert Mallicoat, Rev. Larry McAnally and Rev. C.H. Dalton officiating. Music by the Liberty Quartet. Pallbearers were Raymond Shockley, Ralph Shockley, Lemmie Dalton, Ed Dalton, Barry Coffey and Harvey Kinsler.

Rosa D. Dalton and Rev. William Thurman Dalton were married on 21 June 1936 in Grainger Co., TN.²³⁰⁸⁶ Rev. William Thurman Dalton, son of Pleasant Dalton and Elizabeth Shockley, was born on 30 September 1901 in Grainger Co., TN. William died in Grainger Co., TN on 26 April 1963 and was buried at Helton Springs Cemetery in Rutledge, Grainger Co., TN in April 1963 .²³⁰⁸²
