He registered for the WWI draft on 12 September 1918²²⁷⁴¹ Claude died in Hermosa Beach, Los Angeles Co., CA on 30 April 1952 of aretriosclerotic heart disease and his remains were cremated. Inurnment was at at Pacific Crest Cemetery in Redondo Beach, Los Angeles Co., CA on 1 May 1952.²²⁷⁴²

Claude Clovis Coffey and Maude Virginia Moore were married on 24 June 1908 in Gibson Co., IN.²²⁷⁴³ They²²⁷⁴³ appeared in the census on 9 May 1940 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co., CA.²²⁷⁴⁴ Maude Virginia Moore, daughter of Roger Patterson Moore and Virginia Richards, was born on 11 February 1882 in Tolono, Champaign Co., IL. Maude died at Suburban Hospital in Washington D.C. on 9 April 1970 of Leukemia. Services were private and burial site is unknown to me.²²⁷⁴⁵
