William 'Bill' Jay Coffey, Sr. June 26, 1931 - April 16, 2013

Bill was born in Warrenton to Jay and Helen Coffey. After growing up in Warrenton, he entered the U. S. Air Force where he was stationed in England. While in England, he met his future wife Shirley. In 1954, they moved to Oregon where they raised four children.

Bill is survived by his wife, Shirley; children, Bill Jr. (Chuck), Douglas (Karen), Julie (Douglas) and Darryl (Lisa); grandchildren, Jason, Darryl Eric (Melissa), Shane, Nicole (Jacob), Jeffery, Justin, and Kayla; four great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Patricia and niece, Charlene.

A Celebration of Life was held on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Young's Funeral Home in Tigard. A private inurnment will be held at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland.

Remembrances may be made to Providence Hospice.
