She appeared in the census on 6 April 1940 in Morristown, Hamblen Co., TN.²²³⁶⁵ Alma died in Indiana in 1941 and was buried at Fairmount Cemetery in Huntingburg, Dubois Co., IN in 1941 .²²³⁶⁶
