On Nov. 29, 1924, she married John Asbury Bullington in Newport, Ark. He preceded her in death Feb. 19, 1985. Survivors include one son, Ernest Bullington of Corning; two brothers, Ira Dix of Bald Knob, Ark., and Lawrence Dix of Ft. Branch, Ind.; one sister, Dortha Duffell of Memphis, Tenn.; three granddaughters; and seven great-grandchildren. Lula Dix and John Asbury Bullington were married on 29 September 1923 in Jackson Co., AR. John Asbury Bullington was born on 26 January 1901 in Alabama.
