1001. Perry Commodore Mills was born in July 1823 in Tennessee. He lived with his son Kit Mills in Clay Co., KY on 6 June 1900. Perry died in Pigeon Roost, Clay Co., KY in 1904.

Perry was a member of Co. G., McKenzie's TN Cavalry, CSA. He resigned from the CSA on July 3, 1863 as first lieutenant.

Perry Commodore Mills and Minerva Ann Lee were married after 14 November 1850 in Wake Co., NC. They appeared in the census on 14 August 1860 in Grainger Co., TN.⁴¹⁰⁷ They^⁴¹⁰⁷ appeared in the census on 2 June 1880 in Clay Co., KY.⁴¹⁰⁸ Minerva Ann Lee was born about 1830 in North Carolina.
