Mrs. Anna Mae Robertson, 51, of Lyndhurst died at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Waynesboro Community Hospital.

Mrs. Robertson was a member of Sherando United Methodist Church and was a former employe of Du Pont Co. and Wayne Manufacturing Corp.
Born in Augusta County Nov. 7, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Nelson and Margaret Mutherspaw Coffey.

Survivors include her husband, Jack J. Robertson; one daughter, Mrs. Sharon Hewitt of Lyndhurst; one sister, Mrs. Belle Noland of Staunton; five brothers, Frank Coffey of Staunton, Linwood Coffey of Alexandria, Clyde Coffey of Maryland, Charles Coffey and Odie Coffey, both of Stuarts Draft; also one grandson and a number of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Sherando United Methodist Church, conducted by the Rev. Clyde W. Weaver Jr. with burial in the church cemetery.

The body will be placed in the church at 1 p.m.

The family will receive friends from 7 until 8 p.m. tonight at Etter Funeral Home.
Active pallbearers will be members of the Men's Club of Sherando United Methodist Church.

Flowerbearers will be members of the Women's Society of Christian Service.

Anna Mae Coffey and Jack Junior Robertson were married. Jack Junior Robertson was born on 7 May 1926 in Augusta Co., VA. Jack died in Charlottesville, VA on 4 January 2006 of cancer and was buried at Sherando Methodist Church Cemetery in Sherando, Augusta Co., VA on 7 April 2006 .²⁸⁹⁰⁷

LYNDHURST-Jack Junior Robertson, of 2073 Mount Torrey Road, died of cancer Wednesday (Jan. 4, 2006) at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He was born March 7, 1926, at Augusta County, to Bud and Kate Robertson. He retired from Columbia Gas Co.

Mr. Robertson was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Anna Mae Robertson; a brother, Raymond Mutherspaw; and a sister, Evelyn Burdette. Survivors include his wife, Fannie L. Robertson; a daughter, Sharon Hewitt of Sherando; and two sons, Vernon Walker of Dooms and Mike Walker of Lyndhurst.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Sherando United Methodist Church. Burial will be at the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at Reynolds Funeral Home, Waynesboro.
