1088. Joel Coombs was born circa 1826 in Russell Co., KY. Joel served with Co. H, 6th Kansas Cavalry between 1861 and 1865 and began receiving an "invalid" pension in 1869.⁴³⁰⁶ Joel is buried at Havana Cemetery in Havana, Montgomery Co., KS . His date of birth and death are not known to me.^4307,4308
