Benson Jr., son of Duffy Benson and Aura Royals, was born in 1888 in North Carolina. Duffy died in High Point, Guilford Co., NC on 14 April 1931 in an automobile accident and was buried at High Point, Guilford Co., NC on 17 April 1931.¹⁶⁵⁹⁷
