He may be the Allison Coffey, born 1902, who died in Buncombe Co., NC on Jul. 21, 1921.

She lived with her parents in Tucson, Pima Co., AZ on 6 January 1920. Clara died of pulmonary tuberculosis on 3 April 1921 at the age of 15 at 159 Broadway in Asheville, Buncombe Co., NC and was buried at Moss Cemetery in Marble, Valley Town Twp., Cherokee Co., NC.^17128,17129
