11221. Forest Jerome Coffey was born on 1 April 1897 in Lenoir, Caldwell Co., NC.³²⁵⁵⁸ He lived with the John A. Marr family in Jackson, Cullowhee Co., NC on 15 April 1910. He registered for the WWI draft on 5 June 1918 in Bryson City, Swain Co., NC.³²⁵⁵⁹ Forest died in Houston, Harris Co., TX on 7 March 1982. Forest's remains were cremated in March 1982 and ashes scattered over the Gulf of Mexico. His memory is preserved on a headstone with Clydia at Pisgah.

Forest Jerome Coffey and Clydia Mae Lefevers were married on 13 June 1916 in Lenoir, Caldwell Co., NC.³²⁵⁶⁰ They³²⁵⁶⁰ appeared in the census on 26 January 1920 in Oconaluftee, Swain Co., NC.³²⁵⁶¹ Clydia Mae Lefevers, daughter of Joseph Lefevers and Ellen , was born on 22 October 1898 in North Carolina. Clydia died on 17 July 1983 at the age of 84 in Lenoir, Caldwell Co., NC and was buried at Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery in Lenoir, Caldwell Co., NC.³²⁵⁶²
