1910 CENSUS, WALTHAM, MIDDLESEX, MA: Mary is found here, she is a widow. Says she has had 9 children, all living (she said “10” in the 1900 census). Her parents were born in Canada. Living at home are children Arthur (age 26), Charles (16), Ralph (14), Alice M (31), Clara A (33), and Lillian (21). They also have a boarder, Arthur Currier.

1920 CENSUS, WALTHAM, MIDDLESEX, MA: Mary, age 67, a widow, is here. She was born in Canada, her father was born in Ireland, her mother in Canada. At home are daughters Clara (38) and Lilly (27), and sons Charles (27) and Ralph E (25). There are two daughters-in-law - it would appear that Charles’ wife is Mary (27), and Ralph’s wife is Evylyn (21). And there is one granddaughter Dorothy, age 7 months.

1930 CENUS, WALTHAM, MIDDLESEX, MA: Mary Bolton (74) is in the household of her widowed daughter, Mary F. Morgan. Also present are Mary Bolton’s daughters Clara A (51) and Lily (38). All except Lily are reported as immigrating from Canada in 1885. They have a roomer, William M Bartlett (38).
