Bennie Bryan "Pap Ben" Coffey, Sr. was born January 8, 1917 and departed this life July 21, 2008 reaching the age of 91 years. He was the son of the late Edward Cullem and Girdy Evana (Taylor) Coffey.

He married Juanita Abbott and to this union four children were born.

He is survived by: his wife- Juanita Coffey of Monticello, one son - Bennie Bryan Coffey, Jr. of Monticello, KY, two daughters- Jacqueline Daffron and Jennifer Brown both of Monticello, KY, seven grandchildren, David W. Sexton, Suzanne Sexton, Bryan Coffey, Jason Brown, Jordan Coffey, Natalie Brown, & Taylor Coffey, and two great grandchildren, Kayla Sexton & Eligah Coffey. He is also survived by one brother- Cullem Coffey of Monticello, KY; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: one son- Bill Coffey, one grandchild, Zachary Coffey, three brothers- Finis, Rufus, and Ray Coffey, and three sisters- Bonnie Martin, Onie Coffey, and Mazzie Denney.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

A living couple was married. Living (private).

Billy Ray Coffey was born on 10 May 1952 in Indianapolis, Marion Co., IN. Billy died in Fishers, Hamilton Co., IN on 11 October 1995 and was buried at Fishers, Hamilton Co., IN in October 1995.41666
