[A]ge 73, of Thorn Hill, was born June 5, 1933 and passed away Saturday, Nov. 18, 2006 at her home. She was saved at an early age at Beech Grove Baptist Church and was a member of Bridgeport Baptist Church for many years and later moved her membership to Oak Hill Baptist Church, where she remained a member.

She was preceded in death by her parents, the Rev. Gus and Belle (Coffey) Harville; infant twins, Carl and Carolyn Dalton; son, Thurston W. Dalton; infant sister, Dorsie Harville, and brothers, L.C. Harville and Elum Harville.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, the Rev. Ira C. (R.C.) Dalton of Thorn Hill; son and daughter-in-law, the Rev. Terry C. and Mary Ann Dalton of Bean Station; daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Michael Lamb of Thorn Hill; one special granddaughter, Erica Dalton of Bean Station; brothers and sisters-in-law, Roy and Geneva Harville, the Rev. Coy and Sue Harville, all of Bean Station, Jack and Jennie Harville of Sneedville and Robert and Judy Harville of Franklin, Ohio; sister and brother-in-law, Minnie Ruth (Boot) and Paris Dalton of Thorn Hill; sisters-in-law, Edna Harville, Pauline Wooldridge and Cecil Coffey; brother-in-law, Berlie Dalton; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20 at Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21 at the Oak Hill Baptist Church in Thorn Hill with the Rev. Darrell Hensley and the Rev. Kenneth Harvey officiating. Singers will be the Oak Hill Quartet. Burial in the Coffey Cemetery. Pallbearers will be the Rev. Harold Barnard, the Rev. C. H. Dalton, Doug Garland, the Rev. Frankie Holt, Buford Carpenter and Wayne Walker.
