Loving Memory of Lany Esther Coffey

Dear Mom,

It's so heart breaking to think that we lost you a year ago today. Seems like yesterday you sat and talked with us. Each day and night brings pain and tears for one we loved so very much. You are the one who shared our mistakes, taught us right from wrong, gave us love beyond a Mother's duty, always remembering our special days.

We children all know you are not really dead, but asleep in Jesus for the many years you taught us about God, and lived a Christian life before us. We "Thank You" and we Thank God for the wonderful Mother he let us share out life with. We saw your pain in your sickness, but we also saw you happiness when you said you were ready to go.

dad misses you all the time, says he will see you again someday. His tears fall without shame and he is waiting to hold you hand and kiss your brow. We do our best to take care of him but, we can never do what you did, oh Mother we all love and miss you so. We hope you say hello to Eddie, and to little brother we lost so long ago.

Because you were our wife and Mother, we so well understand why flowers bloom above the touch of your gentle hand.

Husband Mack
Sons: Edward, Lonnie And Steven
Daughters: Bertha, Virginia, Nellie And Margaret
