Ella Sue McGee, daughter of Carl Dewey McGee and Thelma Elizabeth Beach, was born on 7 May 1930 in Yadkin Valley, Caldwell Co., NC.⁴⁴²⁸⁹ Ella died in Winston-Salem, Forsyth Co., NC on 22 June 2008 and a Celebration of Life service was held on 25 June 2008 in Kernersville, Forsyth Co., NC at Hayworth-Miller Cain Funeral Home.

Sue Coffey

Sue McGee Coffey, 78, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2008, at Forsyth Medical Center.
She was born May 7, 1930, in Caldwell County to Carl D. and Thelma Beech McGee. In addition to her parents, she also was preceded in death by her husband, Paul W. Coffey; and brother, Joe McGee.

Sue was a member of Kings Creek Baptist Church in Kings Creek.

She is survived by two daughters, Paula Coffey Polson and husband Tommy of Kernersville, and Lynn Coffey Inman and husband Sammy, also of Kernersville; two brothers, Louis McGee of Boomer, N.C., and Mike McGee of Reidsville; three grandchildren, Quentin Polson (Statesville), Wendi Stallings (Kernersville) and Matthew Inman (Myrtle Beach, S.C.); two great-grandchildren, Nathan Stallings and Koda Polson.

Join us for the celebration of her life at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, 2008, at Hayworth-Miller Cain Funeral Home in Kernersville, N.C., with visitation following the service.
