He was also preceded in death by his wife, Arizona Bradshaw Coffey; one son, Paul W. Coffey; two brothers, Carl and Carson Coffey; and three sisters, Anna Lee Bradshaw, Ruth and Geneva Coffey. He was retired from Bernhardt Furniture Industries. Survivors include one son, Leonard Coffey of Palm Bay, Fla.; one brother, Virley Coffey of Patterson; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great- grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Yadkin Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Robert B. Livingston officiating.
