She had resided in Fletcher,NC from 1964 until 2006 and was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church on Upward Road. She is survived by her loving family, two daughters, Helen R Hurst and husband Mike of Oviedo,FL and Hannah M Jones and husband Rusty of Green Creek NC, a brother John Bailey,Jr. of Flagler Beach, Fl., sister Faith Bailey of Tampa, a grandson David William Hurst of Ft Pierce, Fl., a special Niece Kay Stephens of Cincinnati Ohio and other nieces and nephews. A memorial service was held at 5 PM Thursday,Sept 20 2007 in the Kirby Memorial Chapel of Shuler Funeral Home, Pastor Buren Blankenship and Pastor Ralph Hollenbeck Officiated.
